'노을을 위한 여유는 없다'

서울 사람들은 여러 경우에 -물론 다 그렇다는 것은 아니다- 고개를 떨구고 다니거나, 스마트폰을 보면서 다니는 경우가 대부분이다. 전철이나 버스에서 이동 중에는 그럴 일이 많을 수 밖에 없다. 누군가의 얼굴을 마주하거나, 혹은 비좁은 머리들 사이로 헤쳐가며 풍경을 볼 이유가 없으니까.

 

그러다 보니, 길을 걸을 때에도 땅을 보면서 걷거나, 앞만 보면서 걷거나, 스마트폰을 보면서 걷는 사람들이 많다. 이 날도 특별하지 않은 그런 날이었다. 사람들은 앞만 보며, 스마트폰을 보며 걷고 있었고, 나는 그런 사람들을 보면서 알 수 없는 정체감과 무력감을 느꼈다.

 

오늘 내가 남기는 한 장의 노을이 어떤 사람들에게는 고개를 들고 하늘을 보며 걷는 계기가 되기를 기대한다. 마음의 여유를 얻기를, 그리고 이런 노을을 다시 만나기 고대하면서 하늘을 보며 걷기를.

 

물론 우습지만, 나 역시 스마트폰을 들여다 보며 길을 걷는다.

Usually people of Seoul are walk with looking down to bottom or their smartphone. I know they have no reason to see landscapes or something through the narrow space between heads and heads. I know that.

 

And that is also continues on the roads. People look down to asphalt or therir smartphone even they are walking through the roads. And this day, was the ordinary day like that. People walked with looking their smartphone, I felt some kind of helplessness.

 

I hope that this one photography makes people to walk with looking at the sky. Hope you have some room for the sunset like this.

 

And funilly, I am waking through the roads with looking my smartphone.
